Always Mercy

Lent - March & April 2025

"Return to the Lord, your God, for he is gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love" (Joel 2:13)

These 40 days called Lent are like no other. Our posture is one of spiritual discipline, repentance, service, and prayer. We seek God's mercy and forgiveness for us and for this world that God so loves. In the Scripture appointed for this season, we read of the persistence of God's mercy despite stubborn obstacles. Even as a solemn character marks our lives these 40 days, we celebrate with hope and joy the promise that with God there is always Mercy.
