Nicole Williams,
Parish Administrator
Hi! My name is Nicole Williams, and I am so excited to be New Joy’s Parish Administrator since 2024! New Joy’s staff, members, and visitors have welcomed me with so much kindness and friendship. It is a true joy to be one of the first friendly faces (or voices) to welcome and assist anyone who calls or stops by the office.
My faith inspires me to pour my heart into everything I am a part of – whether it is preparing our weekly Sunday Bulletins, helping decorate our Sanctuary for special seasons, keeping our shared spaces clean and organized, or ensuring that our Church is welcoming and ready for worship and fellowship. I love being a part of a community that values care, connection, and the presence of God in everyday details.
My work experiences as a Preschool Teacher, Executive Assistant, Blogger, and Social Media Strategist, have helped shape the skills I bring to work today! In addition, in the evenings, I enjoy assisting a few clients enhance their social media presence, improve their wellness, and share gratitude in meaningful ways!
I am a proud mom of two wonderful daughters and an incredibly happy Nayna to one adorable grandson! I have called Westfield home for several years, and both my girls are graduates from Westfield High School. Originally from New Jersey, I have also lived in Georgia and Kentucky. I am a graduate of the University of Louisville with a B.A. in Psychology and English. I am so thankful for the journey that brought me here to the New Joy family.
When I am not working, I love spending quality time with my family and friends. I am passionate about reading, learning, volunteering, and I stay energized by walking and exercising with friends. I am currently revisiting a book from when I was in High School called The Catcher in the Rye – have you read this book? I also am looking forward to reading the newest release in the Hunger Games series: Sunrise at the Reaping – spoiler alert – this one is about Haymitch’s life!
